The product is highly recommended, you can separate bands in a gel when you get noise or artifacts, or only purify your PCR product for special downstream applications. The care after sale is very simple as it is stored at room temperature. The use is easy and is difficult not to obtain the expected results. I just recommend extend or repeat the last centrifugation in the wash step to eliminate any ethanol residue, and use less water or buffer TE to the end recovery of DNA in two steps of incubation and centrifugation for a higher recovery due to the fact that the columns use to retain some DNA.
The results were of good quality and can be used for experiments.
