Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml detects SETA in RIPA lysates from NG108-15 cells.
Immunoprecipitation: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate SETA in human U87 glioma cells and rat primary astrocytes.
Immunocytochemistry: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to detect SETA in rat primary astrocytes.
