Liver X Receptors (LXRs) are oxysterol activated nuclear receptors which are involved in the regulation of cholesterol metabolism and bile acids. Two known isoforms, alpha and beta, are differentially expressed. The alpha isoform is predominantly expressed in liver, whereas the beta isoform expression has been shown to be ubiquitous. Applications: Suitable for use in Dot Blot and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing...
