Description
Mps-1 is a protein kinase thought to play during the spindle checkpoint to regulation of sister chromatids separation when chromsome alingment is complete.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:
Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml of this lot detected Mps1 in HeLa total cell extract. HeLa cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF and probed with M4685-80 (2ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody (HRP) and a chemiluminescence detection system.
