Recommended Dilutions:
Western Blot: detects MLLC in nuclear extract from K562 cells. K562 nuclear extract was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with M4127 (1ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using IgG (HRP) goat anti-mouse and a chemiluminescence detection system.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
