Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry (Not Tested), Immunoblot, Methylated DNA Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry (Not Tested): 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Hybridoma:
Sp2/0-Ag 14 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
Storage and Stability:
Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within...
