Kallikrein L2 (KLK L2)

Kallikreins are a subgroup of serine proteases and are implicated in carcinogenesis. The novel KLK gene, KLK-L2 (also known as KLK5) is expressed in breast, brain, and testis and is up-regulated by estrogens and progestins. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
