Kallikrein 15 (KLK15)

This is a novel human kallikrein gene. Kallikreins are a subgroup of serine proteases and are implicated in carcinogenesis. KLK15 is up-regulated in more aggressive forms of prostate cancer. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
