Description
Protein produced in genetically engineered yeast cells as a fusion protein with human superoxide dismutase (SOD). It covers from Ala 309 to Gln 440 of the HTLV-II envelope protein (lambda H6.0 isolate). Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
