Histone Deacetylase 3 (HDAC3) (APC)

Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-4ug/ml detects HDAC3 in nuclear extracts from HeLa cells. Immunoprecipitation: 4ug immunoprecipitates HDAC3 from 500ug of HeLa nuclear extract, followed by immunoblot analysis using H5109-48F. Immunoprecipitation/HDAC: 3-15ug immunoprecipitates HDAC3 from 500ug of a HeLa cell nuclear extract. Enzymatic activity was assessed using H5109-62.
