Source: Recombinant corresponding to aa633-659 of HEV ORF3 with beta-galactosidase (114kD) fused at the N-terminus expressed in E. coli Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Reacts strongly with human HEV positive serum. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
