Noggin is a BMP antagonist that supports the development of organoids derived from epithelial tissues, iPSCs, and ESC differentiation. It is commonly used for developing organoids of the intestine, pancreas, lung, and tumor-derived tissues, as well as for stem cell differentiation into neural and microglial lineages.
PG-004, a Noggin-like peptide, is a chemically-synthesized cyclic peptide that inhibits the BMP4 and BMP7 families in the same manner as Noggin. 125 µg of PG-004 is equivalent to 1 mg of human Noggin.
