APPLICATION NOTES
ELISA Sandwich: This antibody is useful as the capture antibody in a sandwich ELISA. The suggested coating concentration is 0.5-2.0 µg/ml.
ELISPOT Capture: This Low Endotoxin Functional Formulation antibody has been reported for use as the capture antibody in a sandwich ELISPOT assay. Aseptically coat plates at a concentration of 2-6 µg/ml is recommended.
Neutralization: Anti-Mouse IL-4 (clone 11B11) antibody can neutralize the bioactivity of natural or recombinant IL-4. The Low Endotoxin Functional Formulation purified antibody (Endotoxin <0.1 EU/μg, Azide-Free, 0.2 μm filtered) is recommended for neutralization of mouse IL-4 bioactivity in vivo.
Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.
