15-deoxy-Δ12,14-Prostaglandin A1 (15-deoxy-Δ12,14-PGA1) is a synthetic PGA1 analog. It shares common structural features with 15-deoxy-Δ12,14-PGJ2, which is a ligand for PPARγ. Antimitotic and antitumor activity have been reported for a similar analog, but there are no published reports on the biological activity of 15-deoxy-Δ12,14-PGA1 at this time.
