The biotechrabbit RTS 100 E. coli HY Kit contains a modified high-yield E. coli lysate to drive coupled in vitro transcription and translation reactions. The enhanced kit can express up to 20 μg protein (50 μl reaction) in 4 hours using a batch mode. The RTS 100 E. coli HY kit is compatible with both linear templates and plasmids, making it the product of choice for protein-expression screening and optimization.
Each kit contains everything you need to perform protein-expression in the delivered microplate or, alternatively, in microtubes.
