This antibody is conjugated with APC under optimum conditions. The conjugate is purified by size-exclusion chromatography.

Flow Cytometry: This reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension.

Human thymocytes and T lymphocytes.

This antibody reacts with an extracellular epitope on gamma-epsilon and delta-epsilon dimers of human CD3 complex, a part of a bigger multi-subunit T cell receptor complex (CD3/TCR) expressed on peripheral blood T lymphocytes and mature thymocytes.

Supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline with 15 mM Sodium Azide.
