BDP 630/650 tetrazine. BDP 630/650 is a borondipyrromethene dye with red emisssion. This fluorophore matches Cyanine 5 channel that is often used when minimal background is desired. Tetrazines react with trans-cyclooctenes in an ultra fast reaction called TCO ligation.
