This antibody recognizes Interferon gamma, a 16-25 kDa cytokine produced by activated Th1 cells and NK cells. This antibody binds both glycosylated and non-glycosylated Interferon gamma.

Flow Cytometry: This reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension.
