Great for students to practice loading gels!

We use this with every new group of students. We make cheap 2% agar and tap water gel in petri dishes. Students practice loading using homemade "loading dye" (water, blue food coloring, salt). They can practice many times, then load real samples to real agarose gels. Weve been reusing same combs for 4 years. GREAT!
