This was a cool lab and it was fun for students to use the yeast beads. However, using just the indicator wasnt great. The range of the indicator wasnt enough to determine how much CO2 was being produced; just that it WAS being produced. I think that just having the yeast with warm water and sugar as a slurry is much better, using a Vernier sensor.
