Ordered this as a hook to get the class into producers. The idea of mating intriqued the biology students. The kit is easy, sets up for future labs and concepts and intriqued even the challenged students. As the spores opened, students raced to class to count them, and the the oohs and ahs kept them learning. The dome was very effective and sturdy, the spores sprouted well and the wild /plain mix was great.
