Just purchased this ant farm and some ants to go with it. The trick is to get the ants INTO the ant farm. Even after doing this 3 times over the past years, the ants didnt slow down enough in the refrigerator. Make sure they stay in long enough to get REALLY slow. Otherwise you will end up like me with a painful little ant bite that radiated UP my ARM. Regardless, they are so much fun to watch tunnel and the farm is the perfect width to watch their tunnels form. Try not to handle the ants directly if possible!
