Uses: For virus titration, generation of recombinant cell lines and protein production. For laboratory reseh use only. Type: Mouse connective tissue established cell line. Growth Media: DMEM with 5%-10% Fetal Calf Serum. Incubate in 5% CO2; at 37°C. Morphology: Fibroblasts. Growth Mode: Adherent monolayer. Subculture: Split culture using 0.25% Trypsin when about 80% confluent and re-seed at about 4000 cells per cm2
