Recommended Dilution:
Immunocytochemistry: Detects Zap-70 in Jurkat cells.
Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml Detects Zap-70 in RIPA lysates from Jurkat cells. Jurkat cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with Z0300-03D (0.5ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
