Description
Description: All the protein lysates were prepared from liquid nitrogen fresh frozen tissues. Total protein lysates were prepared by Total Protein Extraction Kit (Cat# P9087). Quality Control 1. The isolated protein pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is visualized by Coomassie blue staining, the pattern is consistent with each lot. 2. The isolated protein is analyzed by Western Blot using an antibody to GAPDH for total protein. Storage and Stability: Store the protein lysate at -70°C for long term storage. After the protein is thawed, store it at 2-8°C for continuous use. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles....
