MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry (Not Tested) and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry (Not Tested): 1:50-1:200; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Hybridoma:
NS-1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
