Recommended Dilution:
Immunoblot Analysis: 1-2ug/ml of this lot detected SETA in RIPA lysates from NG108-15 cells.
Immunoprecipitation: This antibody has been reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate SETA in human U87 glioma cells and rat primary astrocytes.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
