MPV17 is a mitochondrial inner membrane protein that is implicated in the metabolism of reactive oxygen species. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:32,000 Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml, human brain (frontal cortex) lysates observed on ~19kD bands Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
