MARCKS is an 85-90kD protein that is the major cellular substrate for protein kinase C. It is a filamentous actin cross-linking protein that binds calmodulin, actin and synapsin. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-1:1,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
