Glutathione Peroxidase 3 (GPX3, GSHPx-3, GPx-3, GSHPx-P, GPx-P, GPXP)

Protects cells and enzymes from oxidative damage, by catalyzing the reduction of hydrogen peroxide, lipid peroxides and organic hydroperoxide, by glutathione. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000 Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml, observed in mouse kidney and Liver lysates on ~26kD bands Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
