Human CD100 is a cell surface antigen. It is a150kD homodimeric glycoprotein expressed at low levels by peripheral blood T cells and at higher density on activated T cells and B cells.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry (Not Tested), Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry (Not Tested): Neat. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.
Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
