CD72 (B Cell Differentiation Antigen CD72, Lyb-2)

CD72 is a ~86kD cell surface homodimer expressed on B lymphocytes. CD72 is expressed on early B cell precursors, through to mature activated B cells, but is lost upon terminal differentiation to plasma cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested.
