CD62P (also known as PADGEM or GMP140) is a component of the alpha granule and is translocated to the plasma membrane upon activation. C2415-54B3 is reported to inhibit P-selectin-dependent adhesion between HL-60 cells and P-selectinm transfected COS cells.

Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.

Flow Cytometry: Neat; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul
