CD62P is a 140kD antigen expressed on activated platelets and also on endothelial cells both of blood and lymph vessels. CD62P (also known as PADGEM or GMP140) is a component of the alpha granule and is translocated to the plasma membrane upon activation.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen), and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
