CD8 is a 32kD glycoprotein expressed by the cytotoxic-suppressor subset of T cells and weakly by NK cells. CD8 functions as a receptor for MHC Class I molecules. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:100-1:200; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
