CCR5 cell surface antigen is a 45kD glycoprotein also known as CD195. CD195 acts as a receptor for a number of chemokines including RANTES and eotaxin and also serves as a co-receptor for the entry of HIV into cells. CD195 is expressed by a subset of T lymphocytes and by monocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry (Not Tested). Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry (Not Tested): 1:50-1:100; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
