p120 Catenin is a cadherin-associated protein that binds intracellular proteins, such as the small GTPase, RhoA, and controls E-cadherin funcation and stability. Proteins of the p120 family and their isoforms are expressed in cells via alternative splicing, and all of them are essential for HGF signaling to Rac1. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry (Not Tested), Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.
