Description
Required for peroxisome membrane biogenesis. May play a role in early stages of peroxisome assembly. Can recruit other peroxisomal proteins, such as PEX3 and PMP34, to de novo peroxisomes derived from the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). May function as receptor for PEX3.
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C....
