Sushi-repeat-containing protein X-linked 1 (SRPX1), a 464 amino acid protein involved in autophagy.
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA (indirect), Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 0.25ug/ml, detects bands of ~75kD SK-N-SH in cell lysates
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 5ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
