METTL1 contains a conserved S-adenosylmethionine-binding motif and is inactivated by phosphorylation. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 2.5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
