MLH1 is an 87kD protein involved in mismatched nucleotides during DNA replication or repair process. Mutations in the human MLH (hMLH1) and hMLH2 genes contribute to the development of sporadic colorectal carcinoma and some other both hereditary and sporadic forms of human cancer.
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 1ug/ml
