MCOLN3, CT (MCOLN3, Mucolipin-3)

Mucolipins constitute a family of cation channel proteins with homologs in mouse, Drosophila, and C. elegans. Mutations in the human MCOLN1 gene (MIM 605248) cause mucolipodosis IV (MIM 262650). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
