The protocol that comes with this kit is straightforward and easy to follow. As someone who has not done many RNA extractions before, this made the process very easy to complete. The kit includes the majority of the reagents needed and is absolutely worth the money. All of my samples have come out with great integrity and concentration.

I use it for research purposes and it is extremely effective at purifying RNA. It is very easy to use. My only critique is that the waste collection tubes can easily fall off the spin columns causing spillage and potential contamination. Great product though!
