I have purchased this large kit 3 times already. I have found it is easy to use with clear protocol instructions. However, in this last kit I noted many columns were missing the purple insert, and sometimes the column filter would float upon addition of buffer. I also noted they do not add 10% extra to some of their buffers and the kit comes with exact volumes for the reactions. Note this is the case with the Wash 1 buffer. I am surprised given most companies will include extra solutions to account for pipetting errors. Not sure I will keep buying the kit if these two things are not fixed. Value for the money is great!
