Human CD49b is an integrin alpha 2 subunit that forms a heterodimer with beta 1 integrin and functions as an adhesion molecule.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry and Functional Assays. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): Requires protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections e.g. trypsin or pronase. Use sodium citrate buffer, pH 6, for heat mediated antigen retrieval.
Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections

Species Crossreactivity: Does not crossreact with rat.
