Human CD48 is a GPI anchored cell surface gylcoprotein found on all lymphocytes and monocytes. CD48 is a ligand for CD2 and may be involved in enhancing the activating signal to B cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 5x10e5 cultured human Raji cells per tube were washed and incubated 45 min on ice with 80ul of anti-CD48 antibody at a concentration of 5ug/ml.
