TAE Buffer, 10x

10X TAE Buffer is a sterile-filtered solution of 0.4 M Tris, 0.2 M Acetate Acid, and 0.01 M EDTA used to prepare 1X buffer for DNA agarose gel electrophoresis, both in the agarose gel itself and the running buffer.
