8-アミノキノリン部位を持つ芳香族アミドのC―H結合直接アリール化反応 Typical Procedure (Entry 1): In an oven-dried 5 mL screw-capped vial in a glovebox, 2-methyl-N-(8-quinolinyl)benzamide (79 mg, 0.3 mmol), iodobenzene (122 mg, 0.6 mmol), Ni(OTf)2 (5 mg, 0.015 mmol), NaHCO3 (50 mg, 0.6 mmol), and toluene (1 mL) are added. The mixture is stirred for 20 h at 160 °C followed by cooling. The mixture is filtered through a Celite pad and concentrated in vacuo. The residue is purified by column chromatography on silica gel (hexane : EtOAc = 10 : 1) to afford the desired arylated product (97 mg, Y. 94%) as a colorless oil.
