APPLICATION
Labeling Reagents for HPLC
Typical Procedure: Amino acid (2.5 µmol) is dissolved in 0.5 M NaHCO3 solution (100 µL) and 1% solution of Marfey’s reagent in acetone (200 µL) are mixed. The mixed solution is incubated at 40°C for 90 min and, after cooling, 2 M HCl (25 µL) is added. After 15~20-fold dilution in methanol or eluent, 10~20-µL aliquots are used for HPLC injection.
