Bikinin: An ATP-Competitive GSK-3-Like BIN2 Kinase Inhibitor
Bikinin is an ATP-competitive glycogen synthase kinase 3 (GSK-3) like kinase BIN2 inhibitor. Bikinin directly binds the GSK-3-like BIN2 kinase which can modulate many more signaling components involved in brassinosteroids (BRs) which promote plant growth and developmental processes. Therefore, bikinin acts as a strong activator of BR signaling.
